How does the free trial work?
14 days, full platform unlocked, no credit card required. After the trial, you can downgrade to a paid plan or your account simply pauses — your data is preserved for 90 days.
What's the payment fee for creators?
1.5% of the creator payout, capped at $150 per campaign. Covers FX, tax-form handling, and milestone escrow.
Where is my data stored?
Primary data centre is AWS eu-west-1 (Ireland). Enterprise plan customers can opt-in to a US-only or APAC-only deployment.
