Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Both the Free plan and the 14-day Team trial start with email only. We ask for a card on day 14 of the trial — and only if you’re continuing to a paid plan.
What happens at the end of my trial?
Nothing automatic. Your workspace stays open in read-only mode for 30 days. Add a card to continue, or export everything (one click) and walk away. We’ll never auto-charge you.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes, anytime. Switching to yearly saves 20% and applies on your next billing date. Switching back to monthly takes effect at the end of your current annual term.
Do you offer non-profit, education, or open-source discounts?
Yes — 50% off Team for registered non-profits and educational institutions. Free Team for verified open-source projects. Email hello@vornu.app with proof.
What does "free for teams under 10" really cover?
Genuinely free, forever. The Starter plan is not a trial. The 11th teammate triggers an upgrade prompt; you decide whether to pay or stay at 10.
Can I export my data if I leave?
Always. Every workspace has an "export everything" button: tasks, docs, comments, attachments, change log — as zipped JSON, Markdown, or PDF. We test it weekly.
Is there an annual contract minimum?
No minimum on Team. Enterprise contracts default to 12 months but we negotiate quarterly and pilot terms. Reach out to sales.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (via Stripe), SEPA direct debit (EU), ACH (US), and invoice billing on Enterprise. We’re a Portugal-based Lda. — invoices VAT-compliant for EU customers.
