1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using WebsHigher, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our platform and services.
2. Data Deletion Policy (Facebook Platform)
In accordance with the Facebook Platform Data Policy, we provide clear instructions for users to remove their platform activities and request data deletion.
Removing Facebook Activities:
- Access your Facebook Account's Settings & Privacy. Click Settings.
- Navigate to Apps and Websites to view all linked applications.
- Locate WebsHigher in the active list.
- Select the application and click the Remove button.
- Confirm the removal to terminate app activity synchronization.
3. Manual Data Deletion Requests
Users may request the complete erasure of their institutional data, including registered emails, names, and all saved website assets. To initiate this process:
- Submit a formal request to webshigher@gmail.com.
- Subject Line: "Institutional Data Deletion Request".
- Include your registered email address in the communication.
All requests are processed within 48 business hours, following which a permanent deletion confirmation will be issued.
4. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. WebsHigher reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate our community standards or engage in prohibited activities.
5. Intellectual Property
The templates, AI logic, and brand assets within WebsHigher are the exclusive property of the platform. Users are granted a limited license to utilize these tools for the creation and deployment of their specific websites according to their plan tier.
6. Limitation of Liability
WebsHigher shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the platform services.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the established legal frameworks of our primary operating jurisdiction. Any disputes shall be resolved through professional arbitration channels.
